Some of the topics we will cover are how to add a new package to your site, how assets are mapped, how dependencies are handled, how to handle issues that may arise during installation, how to upgrade packages, and more.
While anyone can benefit from understanding how packages are installed on a site, you are strongly encouraged to review the Editors Basic Training Course if you have not already done so.
Even if you are a developer who plans on creating packages more often than installing them it is still important to know how packages get installed before you move on to package creation in the next module.
