I want the Attribution field to show in the website code. Why isn’t it showing?

The theme determines if the Attribution field is shown to website visitors. Speak with the developer of your website, if you'd like it to appear.

Should the tags I use for blog posts have a URL?

For search engine optimization (SEO), yes. However, the developer of the theme can auto-create the URL for the tag. Marketpath themes automatically do this for you.
